Set-Up Wordpress:
–Platinum SEO Plugin
–Google Sitemap XML Plugin
–Dagon Sitemap Plugin
—Create Page called “Posts” or “All” for the Dagon Sitemap
2)
Content:
Either Autoblog 50+ Posts, or Create ~10 quality pages
3)
Setup Sitemaps / Robot.txt
Set your site up with Google Analytics-Submit your Sitemap that way, as well as your robot.txt, also change your crawl rate to a faster rate.
4)
Twitter:
Tweet your new sites homepage, and 6 or 7 of your posts, even @them to others in your niche. Now if you have a second, or third, or fourth twitter account etc.. Go and Re-Tweet those posts. Make sure you include hashes people would search often related to your niche, nothing spammy.
5)
Social Network:
-Submit your front page, and 1-2 of your new posts to social networking services
–I first submit to, reddit & digg-Its quick and easy.
—Stumble, Mixx etc. the more the merrier!
6)
Ping
Ping your site using a couple good ping services, my favorite is:

Now repeat step 4 every few hours, specially if you have an auto-blog.

Highly Optimized – Ready to Install Wordpress – For Your Autoblogs Or Any WP Based Site!
I believe this will help and save a lot of time for all the beginners out there and even advanced users, whether you’re making autoblogs or just manual/regular blogs or generally any wordpress based website. It’s a complete-optimized wordpress setup, made by me, with over 30 top plugins, all configured and ready, search engine optimized and of course all WP top SEO plugins are there and well configured, with many useful features as well, and sure the blog will load supper fast. All you have to do is upload the files, setup your db and edit config.php file. And you’ll get a ready optimized WP autoblog/site from the box for your projects within 5 mins.
How to install :
First of download the package from here :

- Upload the BestofWP.zip file to your domain’s root directory or the folder where you want to install the blog (you can edit the wp-config.php file before uploading if you want or later on)
- Go to your Cpanel and create a new database
- Go to phpMyAdmin within your cpanel, then go to Import and import the database file “Ready_db.sql.gz” inside the package
- Now go to your File Manager within your cpanel, extract the zip file there that has all the wordpress and plugins files .
- Edit wp-config.php, put there your database name, user name and password as commented, and edit (‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://www.yoursite.com’) and (‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://www.yoursite.com’); to your site url. Don’t forget this one it’s very important or your website will be redirected to my domain.
Voila! now just go login to your wp admin, using this password ChangeMeLater, go to Your Profile change the email there and this password to yours, install your favorite theme and you’re done.
Some info and tips to consider, and how you can deal with some plugins :
SEO Plugins :
- Platinium SEO : already configured, all you have to do is add your home title, home description and home keywords (put there your main targeted keywords).
- XML Sitemap : It should works without you doing any thing, but depend to your hosting, just check it and make sure it’s active(you should see your sitemap was last built on..), if not, then build it manually for the first time. You’ll find this plugin under Settings .
- Permalink : Already set to /%postname%/ , the best stricture for most blogs, you can change it to /%category%/%postname%/ if you want, it’s more keyword rich too. Depend to your hosting again, if you got any errors in your post pages, just go to Permalink Settings and click Save Changes, to regenerate the .htaccess file .
Ads plugins :
- Datafeedr Random Ads : You’ll find it under Tools, this plugin will let you add your ads any where you want in your theme, just add new groups, and set the generated code in your theme where you want to place your ad, it has also a rotation feature .
- Smart Ads : You’ll find it under Setting, this plugin will automatically adds ads before and after your posts .
- Sidebar: You can use Text widget to set your ads any where you want in the sidebar, and you can also use the Datafeedr widget .
Other features and plugins to consider :
- OnlyWire and Twitter auto posters : OnlyWire Multi Autosubmitter plugin will automatically submits new posts to one or several of your OnlyWire accounts, and the Twitter Poster will automatically post the new posts to your twitter account and adds friends as well.
- bbRedirector : This plugin might be very useful if you’re using a theme that doesn’t has a categories menu and has only a top pages menu, you can with this plugin redirect any page you want to a category archive page, this way you’ll have your categories/keywords in the top menu. Just go to the plugin page for more details on how to use it.
- Contact Form 7 : Contact page is already set and ready, just go to this plugin and put there your email where you want to receive contacts .
Inactivate Plugins :
Some plugins there are inactive, you can activate the ones you want to use. Here are some details about the most useful ones :
- WassUp : this plugin will analyze your visitors traffic with real time stats, chart and a lot of chronological informations, a great alternative of google analytics, you can activate it but keep in mind plugins like this one use a bit more of server resources when your blog get a lot of traffic, so try it if you want, and if you get any problems with your hosting just deactivate it.
- WP Super Cache : this plugin will generates static html files from WP dynamic post/pages, and this will help reduce resources & server load, so when your blog start getting a lot of traffic consider activating this plugin. It will makes your blog load faster as well .
- Duplicate Posts Eraser : If you’re getting a lot of duplicated posts from your autoposter plugin, then you can activate this plugin to automatically delete the duplicated posts.
- Excerpt Editor : you can use this plugin to add or edit excerpts for Posts in your home page and archive pages, useful for SEO and to drive your visitors to your post page where more ad$ .
I didn’t want to include WPRobot and Autoblogged, respecting their original owners as they are not free plugins, you’re free to buy them or you can download them from here, just check the download section in BHW they are already shared!
Database is clean from any links or posts, it just has all the modification done for wordpress and plugins. Files as well has no footprints so feel free to use it on as many websites as you want. Also note that the WP version used here is 2.8.6, I didn’t want to use the latest version 2.9.1 yet, coz it still has few bugs and there are a number of autoblogging plugins that are not yet fully compatible with it, anyway you can always easily update to the latest version using the update feature in your WP admin any time you want.
